Daily Pay Rate: £110 – 120
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only), full-time

Contract: Long-Term temporary, Temp to Perm

Are you passionate about making a real difference to children with additional needs? Long Term Futures are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming primary school in Oldbury, providing 1:1 support for pupils with Autism (ASC) and challenging behaviour.

Working closely with children who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), you’ll play a key role in helping pupils develop confidence, regulate emotions, and engage positively in learning.

Responsibilities:

• Providing consistent 1:1 support for pupils with Autism and behavioural needs.
• Implementing EHCP targets and personalised behaviour strategies.
• Supporting emotional regulation and promoting positive behaviour.
• Working alongside teachers, SENCOs and external professionals.
• Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and families.
