Are you a passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact? A welcoming primary school in Tamworth is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support children in EYFS, including those with additional needs. This is a rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in shaping early learning experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Support the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
Deliver targeted phonics and reading interventions
Help create a nurturing, engaging learning environment
Monitor and support children’s progress and development
We’re Looking For Someone That Has:
Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning or a Early Years related subject
Experience working within EYFS settings
Experience supporting children with SEN
Strong communication and teamwork skills
