The Opportunity:
Long Term Futures are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a specialist SEN provision in the Westminster area.
The setting supports pupils with a range of complex needs, including Autism (ASD), SEMH, and communication difficulties, within a structured and nurturing environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils in overcoming barriers to learning and achieving their full potential.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
• Support pupils with Autism, communication, and emotional regulation needs
• Implement structured routines and personalised support strategies
• Assist teachers in adapting lessons and learning materials
• Help create a calm, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Support EHCP targets and personalised interventions
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families

Requirements:
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or care setting
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
• Ability to support pupils with additional needs including ASD and SEMH
• Understanding of safeguarding, SEN practice, and inclusive education
