A thriving secondary school in Burton upon Trent is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Teacher of Business, Economics & Vocational Subjects to join its well-established Social Science and Enterprise faculty. This full-time role, starting September 2026, offers the opportunity to deliver engaging lessons across KS4 and KS5, including A-Level and vocational qualifications, within a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching of Business, Economics, and Vocational subjects across KS4 & KS5
Plan and deliver engaging lessons, adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
Develop curriculum materials and contribute to departmental planning
Foster an inclusive, respectful, and motivating classroom environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues, pastoral teams, and external partners to support student outcomes
Contribute to the wider school community, including enrichment and pastoral support
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Holds a relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong subject knowledge with the ability to teach Business and Economics at KS4 & KS5
Experience delivering vocational qualifications (e.g. BTEC) is desirable
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Committed to continuous professional development and inclusive teaching practices
